Recession is certainly not a new experience. Over the course of our lives, we’ve experienced other slow-downs in the economy. But in the past, the events which comprised historical shifts happened over decades, if not centuries. The decline we see today in America and the rest of the world’s economic stability has happened so rapidly that we are witnesses to it worsening on a daily basis.
